Catch Up With What Happened This Week in BanklessDAO

There’s a quote by Germany Kent that says: . BanlessDAO is a value oriented organization with the interest of the world at heart, which motivates our day-to-day activities in the community to better reach out and help the world.
It is expident that we further look forward into the fact of who we are as a community, making sure we always maintain our focuss on creating and sharing values that promotes the general success of web3, help people become more financially free, and also fostering our advancements in relation to our missions, vission and goal, irrespective of they innovative ways used.
In this week’s community call round table disscussion, Jenga expounded the need for us to invest 3.95M Banks into some already existing active projects, to enhance the DAO’s qaulification in the Optimism 3rd round RPGF (link), stating that it will help enhance the revenue generation of the DAO’s treasury. HiroKennely added that even without the retro funding seeking to be received from this as explained in the forum post, that the idea is really a great one as it showcase the ability of BanklessDAO in reaching out to onboard more folks to into a world they don’t know about. Seeing our goal is to help the world migrate to web3, the sole aim of this proposal is to help grow the awareness of the Bankless movement using not only visual events but also physical meet-ups and events. That said, these events should also enhance the DAO’s standing in the third round of Optimism retroactive public goods funding (RPGF). If you’re yet to go through the proposal titled Accruing value via RPGF3, there is still time to add your feedback.
Speaking of funding, all S9 seasonal funding requests must be posted on the Forum by July 22. Remember to use the appropriate template and include a poll for consensus.
While fund is a four-letter word, fun is only three letters and it’s much less work to find! It is a truth universally acknowledged that meeting other members of the bDAO fam is FUN — and a bit trippy too when you know these old friends but you’ve never met them. In this week’s editorial you can FOMO into the fun of the planned ChippiCon meetup which is happening alongside Permissionless II in September.
