From Aa to Zzz, a podcasting and production team consisting of Zombie Shepherd and 0xZFi, was formed in July 2022 when we launched our first podcast series.

For 37 weeks, An Aavegotchi Podcast was a concise weekly news update for the energetic and fast-paced Aavegotchi ecosystem. Since then, we have redirected our efforts to support BanklessDAO and the AV Guild.

The Creator Economy series began the From Aa to Zzz collaboration with BanklessDAO as an experiment within the AV Guild during Season 8. The project was intended to be a sandbox opportunity for AV members to learn our podcasting processes by getting involved alongside us, and a method by which the AV Guild could identify individuals with Guild-aligned talents and interests. The content itself also served as a call-to-action for viewers to join BanklessDAO and work with us in the AV Guild during a time when we were seeing our participation rates decline severely.

We pivoted our strategy in Season 9 for the Moloch Traps series. For this series, we want to present a show that is appropriate for a crypto audience, but targeted wider than a crypto audience. We want to cast a net of ideas that naturally lead people toward crypto, web3, improved social coordination, and self-sovereignty, without having to first convince them to use technologies that they otherwise wouldn’t have known they needed.
