The BAL Grant program provides support and funding ($1K - $75K) to projects committed to supporting Balancer Protocol in achieving its mission to become the number one source for Decentralized exchange trades. This program is a good fit for individuals and groups that want to run a project that builds technology or resources on the Balancer Protocol.

BanklessDAO & Balancer GrantsDAO Collaboration Opportunity Assessment:

1. Co-fund public goods
   1. Balancer Grants DAO will function as an independent community-owned grants program for the Balancer ecosystem
   2. BDAO currently finances exclusively internal DAO projects
   3. Identify possible areas of collaboration in which a BDAO project can enter the Balancer ecosystem
2. Pass along learnings & potential interesting projects to each other
   1. Identify projects in the Balancer ecosystem that could be of interest to BDAO
   2. Identify projects in the BDAO ecosystem that could be of interest to Balancer
   3. Check for possible exchanges and collaborations
3. Marketing & Communication
   1. Arrange AMA for Balancer in BanklessDAO and have a reciprocal AMA in the Balancer DAO for BanklessDAo
      1. Explain product value proposition
      2. Welcome members to get involved in either DAO
      3. Remind people of public goods grants opportunity
   2. Social media alignment opportunity in the DAO Alliance
4. Follow Balancer events / campaigns with BDAO as a media partner
