File-naming Conventions:

All files should follow the same or similare taxonomy. An example file name is: “CryptoSapiens-Rarible-ContentEdit-EurekaJohn.mp3”. It should include “CryptoSapiens”, the episode name, the stage of production, and who did it. Another example if there are similar files, like the content edit .wav file tracks would be: “CryptoSapiens-Rarible-ContentEdit-STEM-[name of guest]-EurekaJohn.wav”. (The word STEM is an industry standard to mean an individual track in an audio mix) The other track in this case would be “CryptoSapiens-Rarible-ContentEdit-STEM-Humpty-EurekaJohn.wav”. See below for checklist:

Screen Space Standards:

Split screen vs standard: While Humpty is speaking for under 20 seconds, the screen will be split in half between Humpty and the guest. The screen will also be split if there is obvious two-sepaker banter. If Humpty speaks for over 20 seconds, then the screen will be only Humpty. Once the guest begins speaking, the guest will have the whole screen.

Lower third name graphics: The name lower thirds will appear at the outset of the episode when both speakers appear on screen. After 10 seconds, the name graphics will fade out. Again, in the middle of the episode, the name graphics will appear for another 10 seconds, and then fade out. Once more at Humpty’s last question, the name graphics will appear and fade out after a few seconds.

Name graphics can be on the right of left depending on the space the speaker has in their call set up.

Logo should be on top right or left and should be fairly small at 70% opacity.

Videograms
