STEP 1. New Deals

• Create a Post for a new deal in the #deal-forum.

  • Title Format:

    <PROJECT NAME> - <RAISE> at <VALUATION> <ROUND TYPE> <SOURCE>

  • Include all relevant info in a thread to your original message:

    • brief summary of the project
    • summary of the deal terms
    • link to the website
    • links to docs -> deck, investment memo, team bio, whitepaper

STEP 2. Review Live Deals and New Deals

• Attend weekly syndicate deal meeting

• Weekly Agendas
• Vote on post-meeting polls that are posted in the #polls channel. Polls are usually posted on Monday and close on Wednesday.
  • AMA polls →. should we bring the founders in for an AMA?
  • Investment Memo / Due Diligence polls → should we create an investment memo?
  • Complete FC member commitments tally form → how much is FC member commitment?
  • Syndicate polls → should we run a syndicate ourselves or shop the deal to others?
