Responsibilities:

• Secure an investment allocation amount (minimum $50k) for the Fight Club community
• Manage the relationship with the project pre-investment
  • Create a thread with deal info in Discord Syndicate Deals category
  • Add deal information via tally form into Air Table
  • Create all polls for the deal - AMA poll, investment poll

Compensation:

• 1% of carry on deal returns under 15x
• 2% of carry on deal returns above 15x

Due Diligence

Responsiblities:

• Complete the project Investment Memo
• Conduct the due diligence on the project
  • Compiling community questions
  • Taking notes for AMA
• Manage q&a within the FC community about the project
• Support the project post-investment
  • Report on project updates
  • Material information or changes
  • Governance votes and project milestones

Compensation:

• 4% of carry on deal returns under 15x
• 8% of carry on deal returns above 15x
