Solidity Needs
- New discord?
  - In partnership with Klima.
  - Prad had an internal meeting with education. Solidity training program will be from bankless with Klima colab. New discord server for better organization and co-management.
  - Zebra is handing off some of his roles to Prad.
  - The solidity training education champions (leads) need to decide the direction of the program. If a new Discord is required or not. Currently, solidity is a member’s perk. Will possibly need a vote on direction/setting up a new server. Some considerations:
    - Is it for profit?
    - Who manages it Bankless or Klima? Why should bankless dao fund it? How does it help bankless dao? Who is funding this? Will it be changing from a perk to open education program? How does it align with bankless dao? How will it continue to support bankless dao?
    - Possibly create a discussion forum.
    - Benefits: will have of have additional educational materials/educators.
    - To Do: Prad will make some announcements and vote requests to decide future action in regards to solidity education program (ex. creating a new discord server in partnership with KlimaDao).
Dev Guild Meetings
- 2 Focused discussion not needed?
  - We learn by doing. Perhaps change it and change it back. Two focused discussions is likely not needed. We need opportunities for collabs/celebrations. Talking about projects people are working on. Why is dev guild strong? We’re strong together.
- 1 Gov meeting and 1 product update/celebration for 5 projects(rotating weekly)
  - To Do: Iced will create vote for new meeting structure, 1 Gov meeting and 1 Product update meeting.
    - Iced and JVJ agree on creating a vote for the new meeting structure.
Dev Guild Product Collaboration
- Meeting to collaborate on the maturing projects.

Side notes (0xNSHuman): Current Policy - Limited Funding, rewards taking shortcuts to revenue generation models. It may causes stress on project champions on finding shortcuts to revenue/profits. There is a market for new daos creation. Tools to bootstrap their content/dao infrastructure (Dgen/bountyboard/processes/etc). Perhaps have a subscription service for the tools for DAOs. DAO has some challenges around measuring KPIs around the benefits of a project.
