We’ve found over the years that diversity at the base level of a group is the richest way of making a project work. And while I say richest, I don’t necessarily mean money, but that does happen as a huge side effect.
Empowering people is the key. And I’m not just talking about one set of people. “People” should include all humans. “People” will include all humans, as far as DiversiTEA is concerned!

Our bigger differences is in our experiences. And with experiences, comes the best diversity. Personally, I, RedCrystalDragon, love to live vicariously through the fabulous varieties of people I meet on the internet. I learn from each one and gain new experiences to dream about to include in my art. I’m always up to learn a little bit more about the people that occupy the planet we all reside on, and I think each of us should be willing to do the same. Our experiences make the world a richer place.
