From this morning:

• Links said that increasing sync meetings could be a barrier to entry for many
• (links) a bit worried we won’t get all the editors we need because we are increasing the lift and the pay is lower than last season
  • i.e. I could commit to edit 1-2 articles a month, but not 1-2 a week
• How much syncing should writers and editors do? Should they communicate async? Why or why not?
