This document identifies the general structure for grants that the IMN project will apply for in collaboration with other guilds and projects within bDAO

The biggest value prop of the IMN project is a multi-lingual reach of 20000 audience members in 15+ languages. The IMN project has proven to be good at broadcasting/replicateíng content produced originally in English to its audience as well as creating its own content.

In the context of collaboration, it's best to look at grants as a collaborative exercise for the whole DAO. Through this lens, there are two key functions that need to work in unison.

  1. Content production: produce articles and podcasts in English to educate the general audience
  2. Translate: Distribute the original through bDAO newsletters as well as translated content through IMN newsletters
  3. Distribution : Distribute the content produced or translated through IMN media channels. This can be included in both Content Production type or Translation type of grants.

Standard costs:

  1. Cost for producing 1 written article of 1500 words and sharing it on medium/newsletter/other media: 1500USD
  2. Cost of producing 1 podcast (45 min) and making it available for general consumption via Crypto Sapiens: 1500 USD/show
  3. Translation is $0,15 per word. $0,1 for translator and $0,5 for reviewer.
