Using Meeting Notes

  1. Create meeting notes from the template in

    1. i.e. New > meeting notes template
  2. Review incomplete action items from last meeting at the top

  3. Meet like normal, however your project runs their meetings

  4. Assign action items at the end of the meeting

    1. drag items into db and assign to a contributor

  5. contributors favorite THEIR contributor page to find action items in a central place

    1. action item appears on individual contributor page

    2. contributors mark items as complete, which then do not appear on the week’s items to review in next meetings’ notes page 1.
