- 30-45 mins - Next steps

- Start promoting the design contest
- Set up an AMA in the design guild for the launch?
- Did Chris resolve the Genesis NFT issue with Bo?
- 45-60 mins - Other important points
- As soon as we launch the design contest, we want to start building hype for the NFTs
- We want to raise awareness in #nft-club
- Talk about it in the newsletters
- Talk about it on bDAO’s Twitter, as well as on our personal Twitter channels
- Twitter NFT clubs? Other ideas?
- Should we open the next contest to the public?
- Key considerations:
- Marketing
- Where to hold AMA - Twitter Spaces?
- Should we still offer the prize in BANK or ETH (e.g. $1000 in ETH might be more appealing to people outside the DAO than $1000 in BANK, for example)
- Maybe we could test one month offering BANK and another offering ETH
- Another important point is that our Polygon act already has ETH, so it would be more convenient offering ETH for external contests and will over time save us money if we did not always convert to BANK
- It would be a good idea to test whether offering BANK vs offering ETH in future contests leads to significant changes in submissions. If so, then we should go with what people prefer.
