The mandate of this project is to decentralize Notion permissions in the following ways:

• Move all pages into a guild or project
• Define “top-level” articles that will be owned by the Notion Administration in the Ops Guild
• Decentralize meeting minutes
• Teach guild coordinators/project champions about the new changes
• Rollout a Notion Administrator role to all guilds
• Move as many members to guests as possible
• Backup the Notion data regularly

This project is a temporary one. When the mandate above is complete, this project will be closed (although the Notion Administrator role will continue). We hope to finish this work by the end of S3.

This project was funded 234,000 BANK by the Grants Committee: Grants Committee Weekly December 21st. This amount is expected to be needed every season.
