Context

In S6 we have came to the realisation that we are struggling with a lot of operational issues. We realised that due to low engagement in the DAO and the guild and the rather passive and informational nature of the weekly meetings, there was little contribution from the members who were partaking in the meeting.

Problem

We need a way of prioritising operational procedure and to create a space where operations oriented people can express themselves and build together. Some of the issues that have been noticed that require special attention are but not limited to:

• Governance tag and governance rights
• pricing
• available pool of talent
• marketing
• work streams with other projects within the DAO
• revenue generation
• marketing
• project management

Solution

Create an operations work group that is focused on tackling down all the operations related issues we have been facing. The purpose of the group is to meet, establish a list of operational issue we need to work on, actively work on proposals, present them in the weekly meeting, put the up to voting and implement them in the guild.

The first step is deciding on a meeting time.
