• Connect a headset with a microphone to your phone or computer. This will make sure we hear you loud and clear.
• Connect the device you are using for the call to your WiFi, or have a strong cell connection. Anything below a good quality connection may cause you to drop off from the chat.
• Take the call in a quiet room that is not boomy. Echoes make it difficult to hear what you are saying.
• Update your Discord app to the latest version. Having the latest version will ensure there are fewer issues during the event.
