Skill Tree - Finalised. Agree next steps

- For each of the skills we could develop something like a leveling for each of the skills. This way each of our PM guild members can show the strengths or focus areas.
- Find next steps to use this for the two work streams and add it to the Kanban board
- Rene and GCal to align on first iteration, raybankless to review.
- GCal ask: Can we write a User Story around this so I can understand requirement, ask and outcome (definition of success). Would love to have acceptance criteria too. Doesn’t have to be perfect but something to help guide me and the work.

- Acceptance criteria:
- Sheet with columns showing the PM guild members
- Rows should show the skills as per skill tree
- cells would contain the discord tags of people, who endorse that that PM guild member has that skill
