Episode Title and Description

  1. Draft title using the following formula:
    1. Guest Name | Catchy Description Ideally Mentioning the Project
  2. Draft description by modifying the Intro & Outro found in the Podcast Credit Roll
    1. Add boilerplate from previous episode
    2. Update guest name, project name, links and Twitter handle(s), etc
  3. Add to the “Notes and Snippets” sub-page for the episode on Notion.
  4. Share link in Discord for feedback & handoff to social media (tag someone)
  5. Alt tooling/tech:

Chapter Titles and Timestamps

  1. Screen the notes from the AV content edit and identify parts that seem high impact

  2. Listen to the final mix one time as quickly as possible to edit timestamps

  3. Select final timestamps to publish as chapter titles & add new ones if AV missed anything

    1. Add timestamps to all paragraphs? (automated on export from Descript)

    2. Add timestamps for speaker names? (manually or using Fireflies.ai if we upgrade)

      Note: can AV help to label speakers by using audio stems?

  4. Create Chapter Titles to replace the notes at your selected timestamps. Use an engaging and friendly tone, adding keywords for SEO etc

  5. Add finalized chapter titles and timestamps to the “Notes and Snippets” sub-page for the episode on Notion. (requires editor access)
