Talent Proposal Board: This is where we collect intel on all of the guests we might be interested in inviting. Humpty will assign a priority score to each candidate (this is discussed in our weekly research meeting). Try to contact candidates with high priority scores first. Do not contact candidates without a priority score.

Discovery Group Chat: Once you have made contact with a candidate, create a thread in the #flagship-podcast channel on the Discord server and invite the candidate and Humpty so that we can get in agreement for a date to lock the episode in.
