Background

In S6, we tested different techniques to incentivize top nodes

1. to raise funds from local markets
2. to do additional marketing activities
3. to produce more content

Results

1. None of the nodes have updated the status of fund raising
2. Some nodes participated in marketing but did not see major results
3. Nodes which engaged in this saw a growth in views but at a higher cost

Proposal for S7

Any left over funds from monthly payments will be used to incentivize nodes to create extra content. The node is free to choose content type and if it is original or translated. The cap for each month will vary depending on leftover BANK and each content will be paid at 3000 BANK/piece

Nodes eligibility will be decided on:

1. The node must produce atleast 1000 views in the previous month
2. The node must show double digit relative growth in the previous month
3. The node must be active
