MAJOR ROLES
Guild Coordinator
Responsibilities:
• Maintain a weekly agenda • Facilitate weekly guild meetings ◦ Manage meeting setup & calendar event ◦ Event reminders ◦ Moderating meeting flow & agenda • Represent the guild during DAO Community Calls • Moderate discord channel and encourage collaboration ◦ Allow individual contributors to stay up to speed at a higher frequency than async updates
Compensation: 5,000 BANK weekly.
Talent scout
Responsibilities:
• Welcoming new members • Explaining member the vision and mission of the Guild • Showing members tools being used and working methods • Support members
Compensation: 5,000 BANK weekly.
MICRO ROLES
POAP Manager
Responsibilities:
• Creation and distribution of attendance POAPs to members that attend weekly syncs.
• Keep track of members that have the POAPs per period.
Compensation: 1,500 BANK weekly.
Social media Manager
Responsibilities:
• Manage the guild's Twitter account and other social media accounts that might be created in the future
• Generate or administer the generation of contents for Twitter and other social media accounts
• Engaging audiences using tweets in accordance with the DAO
• Tweeting original stuff at least two to four times weekly day to us online consistency
• Have a calendar for posting content, so the algorithm flows with the account
• Setting periodic KPIs, such as increase in followers by a particular amount with a set period.
• Keep an eye on our analytics to determine what works and what doesn't for our social media.
Compensation: 2,500 BANK weekly.
Liaison/Daolationship officer
Responsibilities:
• Create and implement marketing strategies for the translators guild after communicating with the DAO's campaigns and project point of contact to explain the benefits of the translations we are prepared to provide.
• Work on marketing ideas to promote our translation services, and attract talent into TG's projects
• Work with the project manager to make sure all marketing initiatives coincide with project timelines and milestones.
• Provide available languages up for translation in the guild and ask campaign leads to choose the language community they are looking to pass the message to.
• Locate and interact with prospective leads who we can use for our marketing initiatives projects like (bCARD, Bankless Academy, Marketing department internal and external campaigns e.t.c.)
• Serve as a liaison between the DAO and external marketing partners, ensuring that all messaging and branding is consistent across all channels.
• Keep close contact with the translation lead to generate ideas and move the guild forward.
Compensation: 2,000 BANK weekly.
