Q2. Based on your choice in Q1, could you please elaborate on the issue you had? How can we make your experience better?

1. I wasn't initially sure what DAOlationships guild was about. At first I thought it was like an HR department. I'm sure the information was available for me to figure out, but when trying to read about 10 different guilds and loads of new projects, it's impossible to read everything. A quick one-sentence summary, followed by top 3 ways of contributing and earning would be a great starter.
2. As soon as a CC or meeting starts, someone should talk about the current state of the Guild, what is this call/meeting it about and lay out certain projects that going on right now. Role holders should in general mention the stuff that "everyone already knows" at the start of every meeting, so new members, who are joining for the first time can ask questions before the meeting starts, so they know what it's important and what they could focus on going forward.
