The Treasury Department is an operational unit that is meant to attract financially and economically skilled talent, while being a container for operational sub-departments of Treasury management and Tokenomics serving as facilitator and enabler for operational entities such as working groups and teams to its operational sub-departments.
The Treasury Department has worked towards giving a financial overview of BanklessDAO and its Departments, making this information readily available to all and auditing current practices. Additionally the Treasury Department oversees tokenomic operations and monitors and manages all integrations related to BANK, including new platforms and proposing new strategies.
Season 4
In Season 4 we have successfully established 4 different working groups to research different tokenomics topics. These are:
Season 5
In Season 5 we continued to provide a financial overview of the main Bankless DAO Treasury with monthly summaries and quarterly financial reports. In addition to this, the Tokenomics department continued its research into the different subjects mentioned above. However, one of the main goals for Season 5 was to agree on implementing a governance framework, which we ultimately using a sesh poll.
To accomplish these objectives we needed the following positions:
