Pre survey - identify who the user is in terms of our intended personas (will allow us to gear enhancements toward specific people) ie possibly a question up front on who they are and a different onboarding experience.

We will do remote unmoderated testing - give the user a list of things to do and have them go do it on the application - Expo?

How will we conduct testing?

• Each feature will have a list of tasks that we ask the user to do - success criteria
• We have to define specific but open ended tasks for the user - i.e “you want to sign into the account, how can you sign in”
