Workflow
We will have a member from Bankless Consulting on all of our PMAs, we have 3 B.C. members on our team: @Feems 🏴, @cryptodad🏴, and @DSide 🏴. The Consultants are there to smoothly guide our leads into Bankless Consulting. Whoever brings a lead into the PMA meeting that pays for services from Bankless Consulting will receive 100% of the finders fee. Whoever brings a lead that they met through a DAOlationships meeting into the PMA meeting that pays for services from Bankess Consulting will be paid accordingly through the DAOlationships multisig. PMA team members will make connections with the founding team of other DAOs, and will gift them with DAOplomat tags as an added incentive to speak with us, and to also bring reputable talent into BanklessDAO. During the PMA meeting, we either guide our prospects to Bankless Consulting or a potential AMA with DAOlationships. There is a 10% Finders Fee for anyone who successfully sets up an AMA for DAOlationships. The cost of an AMA is 5,000 USDC or a mix of USDC and Native Tokens. Bankless Consulting also pays out a 3-10% Finders Fee for anyone who successfully brings in a DAO that pays for the services of BanklessDAO. The PMA Team will be the bridge between DAOlationships and Bankless Consulting, and our mission is to constantly generate revenue for BanklessDAO and create strong relationships with other DAOs along the way.
