WorkGroups (WGs) - The People

WGs are self-governing collectives of individuals with shared expertise in a particular discipline.

WGs develop and implement WorkStreams to produce a range of content types in collaboration with other WGs. They are the most flexible unit of organization within Crypto Sapiens. Our current WGs are defined as:

AV (workgroup): @Eureka John
Design (workgroup): @OrnellaWeb3 🏴
Marketing: Content distribution, Outreach, Analytics, Writing
Operations: Tooling, WG Coordination, WorkStream and Workflow Tracking, and Finance (income, payouts, and budget coordination)
Pre-production: The research WG is focused on identifying, vetting and scheduling guests for the flagship show.

Our core workstream is the Production Workstream, which encompasses all activities related to producing our main live shows and podcast episodes.
